Welcome to my website. I always wanted to have place to put all those pics without losing them. This website will also give me a place to put some of my ideas on training. I plan to write articles on most aspects of weights and of course bodybuilding and will get special guests of other Pro bodybuilders, and nutrition gurus to let us in on some of their secrets as well.
